Shipping information All orders placed before 2PM, (weekdays only, Standard Central time) will be shipped by the next business day pending in-stock availability. If you place your order after 2 PM on Friday, it is considered that your order was placed before 2pm, Monday, and will be shipped accordingly. We will ship your order by FedEx. All products shown in our websites are usually in stock and ready to ship. If for any reason your ordered parts were not in stock, we will notify you via phone or e-mail. Such orders will be backordered or canceled upon your request. Once the part(s) become available, we will automatically continue to process the order unless otherwise directed. Usually, backordered items take up to 20 to 40 days to ship back to you. We professionally package all shipments. All shipments include online or toll-free package tracking or delivery confirmation. We will e-mail the tracking number to you once the order is shipped. We insure all packages against shipment loss or damage.
Warranty We pass on to our customers all warranties made by the products manufacturer, who has sole responsibility for performing such warranties. When a manufacturers warranty is provided, its terms and conditions will be stated in the products description. The manufacturer shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from the design, manufacture, testing, or use of its products, and we accept no liability for such damages. We make no warranty as to products distributed by us, expressed, or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Manufacturers warranty does not extend to incorrect installation or to consumer misuse or neglect of products.
Return and Exchange Policy We have a NO-REFUND POLICY. We will exchange parts for you as long as you notify us of the pending return within 15 days of shipment. We do inspect all returned parts for exchange to ensure it is in new condition. We will charge or credit back to you the difference of the parts price plus shipping on the new part. We will not pay nor reimburse any shipping costs to return and exchange parts. We are not responsible for lost shipments. All orders are the responsibility of you, the customer.

We make every attempt to ensure the accuracy of the model application we list although we do not guarantee the information is correct.
We will try our best to make sure you are ordering the correct parts too. But it is up to the buyer to take responsibility for all parts ordered.
Parts that have been used will not be exchanged under any situation. It is up to the buyer of the parts to return the parts in unused condition for exchange.
Electrical parts cannot be returned under any condition. |
